The lines here were painted, in my opinion, in the wrong direction--with sprints into the wind. I had the privledge of hosting the first championship meet here. I went through the effort to reverse the direction. The sprint straights are both marked for hurdles.
The long jump, outside the oval is actually quite convenient. The strange goalposts in the infield are for the L.A. Avengers arena football team to practice with.
